Monica Smith

Monica is AFAA certified and her passion for dance and fitness has been a lifelong adventure. She has lived in our community since attending Sonoma State and is excited to help you achieve your goals with U-Jam Fitness. Incorporating a unique urban edge into her classes, Monica raises the energy level of each class to the addictive level of fun that U-Jam Fitness offers. So lace up your hig-tops and let the music drive you.

Kari Cinnamon

I've been active in the fitness industry for most of my life. I teach a wide range of classes from spin, kickboxing and boot camp style classes. My passion for fitness has always helped me maintain balance in my very active life as a wife and mom of two boys.

Brian Love

He has been practicing Yoga for 20 years!  He is certified with the Yoga Alliance.

Kit Flanagan

Kit is a certified Yoga Instructor. Her, her husband and 3 boys moved to our area a couple of years ago from Boulder CO. She has been teaching in various Yoga Studios in our community.

David Opperman

He is an Indoor Cycling Instructor and a Bootcamp Instructor!

Alysia Hamblin

She has studied Yoga under Shiva Ray.

Erik Cardenas

Eric is a certified Zumba Instructor. He received his Zumba certification in 2009. He used to teach Kung-Fu and Aerobics in Guardalarajara Mexico a few years ago. After trying one Zumba class the music, the environment and the way the Instructor animated the class kept him motivated to come back.  After a year of participating he became an Instructor.

Nina Joly

Nina has been in the fitness industry fo r 17 years. She is a group exercise instructor teaching various formats and also a pilates instructor/trainer. She is excited to be returning to the Airport Health Club to bring you U-Jam Fitness
