Sonya McVay

Sonya is a certified Pilates Equipment and Mat Instructor.  She comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and over 5 years experience in teaching equipment and mat Pilates. She began teaching in 2006 after a sports injury which introduced her to the world of Pilates. Although providing a good sweat is one of her passions, her specialties also include spinal pathologies and pre/post natal work. On her off time Sonya enjoys her husband, three year old daughter and new baby boy.

Hannah Rothlin

Hannah Rothlin, MA, brings over 25 years of experience as a Personal Fitness Trainer and Wellness Coach. She combines her Master's degrees in Exercise Physiology and World Religions to guide her clients toward health by addressing "inner fitness" as well as "outer fitness". Many recent studios have shown that our thoughts affect our physiology. Are we thinking affirmatively or negatively? Are we critical and judgemental or are we loving and accepting of ourselves?

Margaret Forbes

Margaret is a licensed Physical Therapist and Pilates Personal Trainer and Instructor.

Kevin is a certified Yoga Instructor.  He also does workshops and personal training in Yoga.

Colleen O'Brien

Colleen is Pilates Mat Certified by Pysical Mind Institute and Pilates Equipment Certified by Madeline Black. Colleen is also a certified Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer. She has been teaching Pilates for 8 years and ballet for 27. Colleen brings an instinctive knowledge of human movement to her work and specializes in functional body mechanics.

Gwen Miller

Gwen is certified through the C.H.E.K. Institute as a High Performance Exercise Kinesiologist and Holistic LIfestyle Coach. She specializes in restoring alignment and balance to the body. Gwen is certified through Balanced Body University as a Comprehensive Pilates Instrutor. Gwen also teaches Hatha Yoga and is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.

Sherrese Mikell

Sherrese has a dance and weight training background and fell in love with Pilates because it offers aspects of both. Sherrese is an NASM certified Personal Trainer and is Pilates certified by Monica Anderson and ITT. She feels that regular Pilates training can enhance any sport or movement practice. She enjoys running and spending time with family.

Linda Illsley

Linda has been a Group Exercise Instructor at The Airport Health Club since 1993. She is an ACE certified Personal Trainer, a certified Pilates Instructor, Trainer with the Physical Mind Institute and an Aquatic Exercise Association Instructor. Her training includes a Masters certification with the International Inline Skating Association.

Monica Bravo

Monica is a Yoga Instructor and a Pilates and Yoga Personal Trainer. Monica is registered with the Yoga Alliance and is also certified in Pilates through ITT and Balanced Body University.

Dahdri McCormick

Dahdri is a certified Group Exercise Instructor, Pilates Trainer, Aqua Fitness Instructor  and Personal Trainer! She has a B.S. in Food Science and Nutrition from San Diego State University.  Dahdri specializes in functional core stabilization training and is the creator of the FItcore and Hardcore programs.
