Sonya McVay

Sonya is a certified Pilates Equipment and Mat Instructor.  She comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and over 5 years experience in teaching equipment and mat Pilates. She began teaching in 2006 after a sports injury which introduced her to the world of Pilates. Although providing a good sweat is one of her passions, her specialties also include spinal pathologies and pre/post natal work. On her off time Sonya enjoys her husband, three year old daughter and new baby boy.

Hannah Rothlin

Hannah Rothlin, MA, brings over 25 years of experience as a Personal Fitness Trainer and Wellness Coach. She combines her Master's degrees in Exercise Physiology and World Religions to guide her clients toward health by addressing "inner fitness" as well as "outer fitness". Many recent studios have shown that our thoughts affect our physiology. Are we thinking affirmatively or negatively? Are we critical and judgemental or are we loving and accepting of ourselves?

Sean Hulme

Sean is passionate about the outdoors and is an environmental advocate. This is refelected in his lifestyle and training methods. He loves to explore the many modalities of exercises and the different mind-sets that go along with each. These embrace the more controlled, internally focused styles like tai chi, yoga and Pilates, to the fast-paced, muscle shredding styles like plyometrics and body building. " I believe in a holistic approach to fitness and focus on the weaker links that inhibit the body from becoming stronger as a whole."

Dustin Davis

Dustin holds multiple fitness certifications including NASM, NASM PES, AFFA and NCSF. He has a strong background in athletics and played football in College. A youth sports coach for the past ten years, he currently coaches Football at Cardinal Newman High School. In his free time, he enjoys surfing, snowboarding, MMA, hunting and mountain biking.

Lesley Bagley

Lesley Bagley has a bachelor's degree of biology from Sonoma State University and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. Through her nine years of Physical Theraphy work, Lesley has gained a deep knowledge of developing safe and effective conditioning programs for people of all levels and different physical abilities.  Lesley has participated in sports all her life and currently enjoys playing indoor soccer and softball.

 

Team Trainings

Teams at the Airport Health Club comprise of  3 to 8 people.  They are a fun way to get in shape and enjoy the company of friends all in one.  Team Training is the most affordable of the Personal Training options.  We offer 30 minute, 45 minute and 1 hour sessions. Watch for flyers around the Club as we have many different team trainings ranging from Pilates to Yoga to Cross Training to Post Rehab. The picture at the top of the page is our Kettlebell Team Training.

Active Body Stretching - ABS

ABS is a personalized stretching program tailored to your needs and done with a Personal Trainer. It is like no other flexiblity program in that the results are immediate and lasting. Once proper flexibility is established one session a week or less can keep your body in optimum alignment. This program is hands on with the Personal Trainer actually taking your body through the stretches.  It uses a style of stretching called PNF which includes contract and relax techniques. We offer this program in 15 through 60 minute increments.

Private and Semi Private Personal Training Sessions

These 30 or 60 minute sessions are either one on one (private) or 2 on 1 (semi private). These options offer the most personalized programs to reach your specific goals. Private sessions can also come in 15 and 45 minutes if desired.

Personal Training

The Airport Health Club believes that personal training is one of the most time-effective and time-efficient ways to get and stay in shape.  There are endless opportunities with our professional staff here at the Club.  When you first join the Club you will get 2 free sessions with a Personal Trainer called Fit Options.  These are very valuable sessions as the Personal Trainer will assess your goals with you and develop a personalized workout program to make those goals.  Below is a brochure on Fit Options.

Jennifer Hampson

Jennifer is a certified Indoor Cycle Instructor and Personal Trainer. She is also an avid cyclist.  She has been competing in and coaching Triathlons for over ten years.
