We offer free Indoor Cycle Classes throughout the week. They are a great way to improve your cardiovascular fitness. You certainly don't have to be a cyclist to take classes, in fact it doesn't even matter if you have ever ridden a bike! All levels of fitness welcome. You can always workout at your own level as you control the resistance of the bike. It is a really fun, efficient way to get your workout in. Did you know that Indoor Cycle Classes can burn serious calories - about 450 - 700 in only 45 minutes?
Space is limited so please sign up at the Service Desk. You can sign up 71 hours in advance of each class.
There is a cancellation policy for all Indoor Cycle Classes if you sign up and don't cancel your reservation in time. For all 5:45am and 6:00am classes you need to inform the Club prior to closing the night before. For all other classes it is 2 hours prior to the class. The cancellation fee is $5.00.
