The Personal Trainers at the Airport Health Club can offer general nutrition guidelines for healthy eating, weight loss and/or sports performance.  Below are some specialized nutrition programs.

10 Week Weight Loss Challenges

Every season we off a 10 week program where you work in a small group (6 participants) with Certified Personal Trainers.  They will lead you in chanllenging workouts twice a week and ensure you reach your goals in a safe and effective way.  See the Flyer below for details.

Weight Watchers

Mary Terbush will be leading both the Weight Watcher sessions. Mary has been a Weight Watcher Leader for ten years and is a Personal Trainer and Indoor Cycling Instructor at the Club.

Dates:  Wednesdays at 8:00 a.m. ongoing

Fee:  $186.00 for a four month session. This includes a free registration (a $20.00 savings) and a coupon for free e-tools.

C.H.E.K. Nutrition Assessment and Counseling

This nutrition assessment is performed by Gwen Miller, C.H.E.K. Practioner. Gwen is trained to look at the whole body, the whole being, in a truly holistic way, taking diet and lifestyle factors, as well as physical structure into consideration. The assessment ($300.00 fee), includes the following:

  • metabolic typing
  • biodynamic health appraisal
  • individualized nutrition recommendations and coaching
  • menu planning assistance and suggestions
  • food intolerance screening
  • includes first meeting - usually an hour
  • includes up to half an hour of telephone coaching per week for the first two weeks

Bauman Nutrition

The staff from Bauman Nutrition are here to provide nutrition consultations. They offer a variety of services and programs to members including one-on-one counseling, diet surveys, personalized programs and testing. Look out for their special events and monthly free lectures.
