Sherrese Mikell

Sherrese has a dance and weight training background and fell in love with Pilates because it offers aspects of both. Sherrese is an NASM certified Personal Trainer and is Pilates certified by Monica Anderson and ITT. She feels that regular Pilates training can enhance any sport or movement practice. She enjoys running and spending time with family.
