Training Program! We offer
private (one on one), semi-private (two people) and group
(3+) personal training. Most of our Trainers are certified
and/or have a degree in Exercise Science or related
field.
To book Personal Training,

he will help you select the most appropriate Trainer
for your needs.

have experience in the field, with a variety of expertise.
All of the Trainers continually update their education
in the fitness field by attending lectures, workshops,
and fitness conferences.
Dustin Davis
Fitness and Wellness Director

Dustin
is the Fitness and Wellness Director at the Airport Health
Club. He holds a BA in History from Sonoma State University. Dustin holds multiple fitness certifications including NASM, NASM PES, AFFA and NCSF. He has a strong background in Athletics and played Football in College. A youth sports coach for the past ten years, he currently coaches Football at Windsor High School. In his free
time, he enjoys, surfing, snowboarding, MMA, hunting and
mountain biking.

Lori
Ennis
Group Exercise Director

Lori is the Group Fitness Director and Director
of the 50+ program here at the club. She co-directs the Gentle Movement and the
Cancer Wellness Program. Lori has dedicated her professional life to the ever-evolving
health and fitness industry. She is certified by the American Council on Exercise
as a group exercise instructor and is also certified in
post-rehab conditioning. Recently, she has received an additional personal training
certification through NASM. Lori inspires people of all ages regardless of their
level of fitness and appreciates the challenges involved in creating personalized
programs. On beautiful days Lori pursues her passion for horseback riding and
hiking in state and regional parks.

Dahdri
McCormick

Dahdri holds nationally
recognized certifications as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer,
aquatic fitness instructor and Pilates trainer.. Dahdri specializes in functional
core stabilization training and is co-creator of the Fitcore Program we created
at the Club. Team Training is her passion
and Dahdri enjoys training athletes and weekend warriors of all ages!

Jack
Dixon

Jack has been
a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Consultant
since 1993 and a tremendous asset to The
The Airport Health Club since 1995. Jack
continually expands his knowledge in the fitness
industry by
attending lectures, conferences and workshops.
Jack enjoys the challenges of rock climbing,
running, mountain biking and most outdoor
activities.

Linda
Illsley

Linda Illsley
has been a group exercise instructor at The
Airport Health Club since 1993. She is an
ACE (American Council on Exercise), and an
NASM certified personal trainer. She is also
a certified Pilates and Aquatic Exercise
Association Instructor. Linda focuses her
work on balance training and functional fitness
for clients and students alike. She co-leads
a PACE arthritis class and a cancer wellness
exercise program at the club. Her training
includes a Masters certification with the
International Inline Skating Association,
and leads "FitSk8" inline skating
classes during the spring and summer months.

Freyer

Stella
Gonzalez
Personal Trainer

Stella has been in the fitness industry for 10 years. Growing up as a competitive
tennis player and playing in the number one spot in college for 4 consecutive
years, she defines fitness as her passion and as an essential part of her life.
Stella strives to guide her clients on learning how to integrate fitness and
wellness to obtain the greatest results. Stella's training style is functional,
fun, and dynamic. The workouts she designs will surpass your expectations.
Stella currently carries a National Strength and Conditioning Association Cerification,and
she graduated from The Fitness Institute International completing 300 hours of
instruction and successfully completing both didactic and practical training.

Monica
Bravo

Monica,
RYT is a Pilates Trainer and Prana Vinyasa Yoga Teacher
and Trainer. She feels the two disciplines are complimentary
and work
well with other forms of exercise and sports.
She began her Pilates and yoga journey after years of competing as a triathlete
and marathoner. She credits yoga and Pilates for helping her strengthen her
body and open her heart to all things possible. Monica is registered
with the Yoga Alliance and is also certified in Pilates through ITT Pilates
and Balanced
Body University. Monica grew up with the understanding
that a healthy lifestyle begins with physical movement
and teaches the same principle to her
two children.

Gwen
Miller

Gwen holds multple nationally
recognized certifications from CHEK Institute, National
Academy of Sports Medicine and YogaFit. In addition, she
is a Balanced Body University Certified Comprehensive
Pilates Instructor, and is a member of the International
Association
of Yoga Therapists. Gwen's focus is on restoring optimal
alignment and balance to the body. She includes Pilates
apparatus and mat exercises, Yoga and Kettlebell training
along with other fitness modalities in functional wellness
programs for her clientele, to achieve superb results.
Gwen has lived her dreams of shedding 70 pounds, re-sculpting
her
body,
and
regaining
her health
and well-being,
and
enjoys helping others achieve happiness and vitality too.
She continues to study and expand her knowledge via seminars
and yearly interenships.

Susannah
Bergman

Susannah is not a professional athlete or drill instructor,
she is a teacher. She specializes in designing safe, efficient, and fun programs
for the average gym user. She is extremely passionate about teaching and helping
people adhere to healthy lifestyles. She has been training for the past 5 years
and is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In her spare
time she enjoys rock climbing, hiking and keeping up with her Jack Russell Terrier,
Spot.

Catherine
Davis
Personal Trainer/Masters Swim Coach

Catherine is a certified
Personal Trainer through ACE and Masters Swim Coach at
the Airport Health Club. Catherine has a strong background
in the aquatics field and has been a competitive swimmer
since the age of 8. She currently coaches at Windsor High
School as well. Catherine enjoys competing, cross-training,
and sharing this passion with people of all ages who like
to achieve their goals and take it to the next level.

Melchor
Personal Trainer

Michael has been a Personal
Trainer since graduating from U.C. Santa Barbara in 2004.
He holds multiple nationally recognized certifications
including NASM, AFAA and ACE, and specializes in post-rehabilitative
and preventative exercise programming. Michael likes to
spend his free time reading and attending seminars to further
his career. During the summer months he enjoys backpacking,
hiking and almost any activity that is in or around water.

Sonny
Garza

Sonny holds a B.S.
in Kinesiology and Adopted Physical Education from Sonoma
State University. He specializes in Sports Performance Training.
Sonny has over 30 years of experience teaching baseball
skills to young children. When he is not working, you
can find him on the field playing and coaching baseball
with his other love, his son Tano

Josepha
McComb
Josepha has dedicated
her life to the study of Qigong, Tai Chi, Dance, Meditation
and Skydiving. She is certified in Chi-lel Qigong a medical
form and is one of the few who teaches this form in the
West. Josepha is also a certified Personal Trainer with
the American Council on Exercise. Josepha work with special
population groups such as cardiac rehab, chronic obstructive
pulmonary disease, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes and cancer
using Qigong, Tai Chi and Meditation.

Terbush

Mary is a certified
Personal Trainer through NASM, and a Weight Watchers
leader at The Airport Health Club. She received her certificate
as a Nutrition and
Lifestyle Coach from the CHEK Institute in San Diego.
She welcomes people of all ages and fitness levels who

them feel fit and healthy.

Shaina
Shelton

Shaina is certified through
Physicalmind Institute, Balanced Body University and Aerobics
and Fitness Association of America. She is a certified
Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer. While pursuing
a ballet career, Shaina injured herself and started Pilates
and has been practicing ever since. Shaina enjoys working
with a wide variety of clients of all ages and all fitness
levels.

Wilson

Anne holds a B.S. in Behavioral Science and Health from
the University of Utah. She is a certified Personal
Trainer and Kickboxing Instructor through AFAA (Aerobic
and Fitness Association of America).Anne is also certified
with the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal
Trainer. Anne spent two years training at the Thai boxing
center in

Lake
City.

Brendon
Hampton

Brendon
has a B.A. degree in Human Performance and Sport concentration
in Exercise Science from New Mexico Highlands
University. He played baseball at Santa Rosa J.C. and
NMHU receiving All-Conference recognition. Brendon is
now an Assistant Baseball Coach at Santa Rosa J.C. specializing
in hitting, body conditioning, and speed training. Brendon
is currently attending Sonoma State University where
he is working towards his Masters degree in Kinesiology. Brendon
is certified as a Personal Trainer with the National
Academy of Sports Medicine.

Jordan holds a B.H.K in Exercise Science and Health & Fitness from the University of British Columbia. He is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. Jordan specializes in sports conditioning, functional training for weight loss, and enjoys working with older populations. Jordan stays fit playing ice hockey, tennis and hiking in his spare time.

Miller

Anna is a certified Pilates Trainer. She holds Equipment
and Mat certifications. Anna likes to challenge clients
to achieve their fitness goals and believes exercises
for the client's interests and hobbies should be integrated
into the training program. She holds a B.A. in Psychology
from Sierra Nevada College. In her spare time she enjoys
most outdoor activities including hiking, snowboarding,
and rock climbing.

Group Personal Training
How about training with a few friends.
It sometimes
makes the whole experience more
fun. Our
fitness trainers are
trained in
how to maximize your workout in a group. Cancer Wellness Program
The Airport Health Club offers a program for people recovering
from cancer. Our Cancer Wellness Program is for members
and non-members with any kind of cancer at any stage.
This program is 10 weeks in length and free of charge.
We meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 1:30 - 3:00pm in

Flexibility in Movement
A gentle exercise class that promotes flexibility for all
people. Especially designed for those just starting an
exercise program, a fit person that needs better
flexibility, anyone with arthritis, autoimmune disease, or
recovering from a stroke, surgery and cancer. No charge to
members. $75 for non-members for 12 classes. Call Lori at
