Group Personal Training sessions at the Airport Health Club are comprised of 3 to 8 people. Group Personal Training is the most affordable of the Personal Training options. We offer 30-minute, 45-minute, and 1-hour sessions.
Watch for flyers around the Club as we offer many different group training sessions, including TRX, Pilates, Yoga, Cross Training, Post Rehab, and more.
