One-on-one training to help you achieve your fitness goals

The Airport Health Club believes that personal training is one of the most time-effective and efficient ways to get and stay in shape. There are endless opportunities with our professional staff here at the Club. When you first join the Club you will get a Fitness Orientation with a Personal Trainer where you will go over our exercise machines, free group classes or training options that are right for your fitness and comfort level. Curious about how to use some of the equipment in our new weight room?  We are now offering free 30 minute clinics with some of our personal trainers.  Learn about: Weight Equipment, Exercises, Proper Form, etc..  No sign up required! Meet the trainer at the service desk.

Clinic Schedule
Mondays at 5:30pm
Tuesdays at 6:00am or 5:30pm
Wednesdays at 7:30am or 5:30pm
Thursdays at 5:30pm

Looking to improve your skills on the court?
Get one-on-one attention from a seasoned basketball pro and coach with over 10 years of experience. These individual sessions are the perfect way to hone your skills and get to the next level of play. Each session is tailored to your individual skill level and training goals. All ages and skills levels are welcome to book sessions!

Our Personal Trainers also offer Fitness Assessments. We have a new state-of-the-art InBody Body Composition Scanner that can analyze Skeletal Muscle Mass, Body Mass Index, Basal Metabolic Rate, Body Fat Percentage and much more.
