Water Fitness Classes are available at the Airport Health Club year-round. We have top-notch instructors that provide fun, motivating, and safe classes. It is a great way to exercise, and you don’t even have to know how to swim. Look under the schedule page for dates and times.

This program is offered at no charge for our members and is designed for dedicated lap swimmers who want expert coaching to enhance their training sessions. It is available all year at designated times and open to all levels of swimmers. We have the largest Master’s Program in the county. See the Schedule for times.
Private and Semi-Private Swim Lessons
The Airport Health Club has certified instructors available to teach at your convenience, all year for all levels of ability. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced swimmer, the aquatics staff can enhance your swim stroke. Our Instructors have experience in competitive age-group and collegiate swimming, triathlons, as well as Masters and Open Water Swims. Booking lessons can be done at the Service Desk.
We currently only offer swim lessons to members and non-member children & grandchildren of members.

Personal Training
Since the water is such a good medium for exercise, the Fitness Trainers do a lot of personal training in the pool. If you have an injury or health consideration, exercising in the water is usually easier and more effective. We also have Aquatics Coaches that are Personal Trainers and can improve your swimming with dry land training in the gym.

These clinics are designed to help you become more efficient, increase your speed in the water, and reduce your risk of injury. Clinics are open to beginners or experienced swimmers who would like to improve their skills and technique. Freestyle is emphasized, with one other stroke included in each session.
Prerequisite: Some swim experience is necessary. One length of the pool freestyle side breathing.

Youth swim fitness gives kids the opportunity to learn new strokes, work out with a group of peers and achieve their personal goals in stress-free environment. This is a fun, energizing program that helps build teamwork and self-confidence. Youth must be able to swim 50 yards comfortably to participate.

This program runs on a monthly basis and enrollment includes both weekdays. Pre-registration is required, and no refunds for days missed.
Minimum of 4 participants is required to hold the monthly session.
