A highlight of group training

Group Reformer Training is a great way to get your Pilates workout in with others under the instruction of a certified Pilates Instructor. Groups are 3 – 9 people. Pilates is mindful, controlled movement that results in increased strength, length and flexibility. We have many Pilates Reformer groups. Something for everyone beginner through advanced. See the flyers below.

Whether you are new to the Reformer or looking to freshen up your routine, this 2 hour workshop is designed to teach participants how to safely use the Open Pilates Reformer Studio at the Airport Club.
