Group Personal Training

Group personal training is fun way to get in shape and enjoy the company of friends.

Group Personal Training sessions at the Airport Health Club are comprised of 3 to 8 people. Group Personal Training is the most affordable of the Personal Training options. We offer 30-minute, 45-minute, and 1-hour sessions.

We have recently renovated our weight room to include a training area specifically designed to host our Small Group Training Sessions. Our members are welcome to use this area when classes are not in session. You can check out our GPT schedule to stay up to date on when classes are offered.

Watch for flyers around the Club as we offer a variety of group training sessions and promote new options, including TRX, Pilates, Yoga, Cross Training, Post Rehab, and more.

This 45 minute fast-paced small group training combines strength and aerobic conditioning in a boot camp style format. Designed for anyone looking to build a morning routine that surrounds them with positive, like-minded people who want to start their day off ready to take on anything.

Our Small Group training sessions meet in our new Group Training Studio!  Located where the Racquetball courts were. If you have questions or are interested in signing up for a session please contact the Trainer who leads that class. GPT rates apply to all sessions.
