Group Personal Training

Group personal training is fun way to get in shape and enjoy the company of friends.

Group Personal Training sessions at the Airport Health Club are comprised of 3 to 8 people. Group Personal Training is the most affordable of the Personal Training options. We offer 30-minute, 45-minute, and 1-hour sessions.

We have recently renovated our weight room to include a training area specifically designed to host our Small Group Training Sessions. Our members are welcome to use this area when classes are not in session. You can check out our GPT schedule to stay up to date on when classes are offered.

Watch for flyers around the Club as we offer a variety of group training sessions and promote new options, including TRX, Pilates, Yoga, Cross Training, Post Rehab, and more.

Designed to make you comfortable working in the weight room lifting heavy barbells, all levels are welcome! There is no requirement for how much you need to lift. Everything can be modified for beginners.
Classes are prepaid with no refunds. No makeups for missed classes. Limited to 4 people.

This 12 week program is designed specifically for men who want to develop true foundational strength using the most effective, time-tested compound lifts: squat, deadlift, bench press, & row.
Whether you’re newer to structured lifting or ready to refocus on the fundamentals, this program builds a solid base that carries over into everything else you do in and out of the gym.

This 1 hour full-body workout blends strength, conditioning, and mobility using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and more! You’ll build serious strength while pushing your limits with high-intensity intervals (HIIT) for maximum fat burning. Get stronger, leaner, and more flexible – all in one class!

Learn the fundamentals of strength and conditioning with a personal trainer in this monthly group training program. Perfect for those at a beginners level or more experienced student athletes training for their sport of choice.

Ages: 13 – 17
Mondays • 4:30 – 5:30pm

Wednesdays • 4:30 – 5:30pm

Limit of 4 teens per session.
