Group Personal Training

Group personal training is fun way to get in shape and enjoy the company of friends.

Group Personal Training sessions at the Airport Health Club are comprised of 3 to 8 people. Group Personal Training is the most affordable of the Personal Training options. We offer 30-minute, 45-minute, and 1-hour sessions.

We have recently renovated our weight room to include a training area specifically designed to host our Small Group Training Sessions. Our members are welcome to use this area when classes are not in session. You can check out our GPT schedule to stay up to date on when classes are offered.

Watch for flyers around the Club as we offer a variety of group training sessions and promote new options, including TRX, Pilates, Yoga, Cross Training, Post Rehab, and more.

This 45 minute training focuses on full body strength with a blend of cardio, strength, and core movements. You will utilize TRX, Kettlebells, Bosu’s, Battle Ropes, & more!

Join Jo for this 8 week training program to build strength, increase endurance, and improve performance in your sport/activity of choice. This class will focus on lower body and core work for endurance athletes, as well as mobility and some explosive training.
