Group Personal Training

Group personal training is fun way to get in shape and enjoy the company of friends.

Group Personal Training sessions at the Airport Health Club are comprised of 3 to 8 people. Group Personal Training is the most affordable of the Personal Training options. We offer 30-minute, 45-minute, and 1-hour sessions.

We have recently renovated our weight room to include a training area specifically designed to host our Small Group Training Sessions. Our members are welcome to use this area when classes are not in session. You can check out our GPT schedule to stay up to date on when classes are offered.

Watch for flyers around the Club as we offer a variety of group training sessions and promote new options, including TRX, Pilates, Yoga, Cross Training, Post Rehab, and more.

A guided self-myofascial release class utilizing a combination of foam rollers, trigger point balls, and yoga straps. This class will help to reduce muscle stiffness, release adhesions, and increase flexibility. Learn new strategies for self-care, keep your muscle tissue balanced and healthy, and move with greater ease!

This 1 hour full-body workout blends strength, conditioning, and mobility using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and more! You’ll build serious strength while pushing your limits with high-intensity intervals (HIIT) for maximum fat burning. Get stronger, leaner, and more flexible – all in one class!
