Group Personal Training

Group personal training is fun way to get in shape and enjoy the company of friends.

Group Personal Training sessions at the Airport Health Club are comprised of 3 to 8 people. Group Personal Training is the most affordable of the Personal Training options. We offer 30-minute, 45-minute, and 1-hour sessions.

We have recently renovated our weight room to include a training area specifically designed to host our Small Group Training Sessions. Our members are welcome to use this area when classes are not in session. You can check out our GPT schedule to stay up to date on when classes are offered.

Watch for flyers around the Club as we offer a variety of group training sessions and promote new options, including TRX, Pilates, Yoga, Cross Training, Post Rehab, and more.

Start the New Year out strong with a plan to achieve your health goals!
This program will include 2 Inbody scans, at the beginning and end, to track your progress. You will be provided with daily workouts to do on your own, and a nutrition program. There will be no makeup workouts for missed classes.

Small group training for Perimenopausal, Menopausal, & Post Menopausal Women

What do women need as we enter our menopausal years? We need to start lifting heavy things!
Gone are the days of cardio until your clothes were soaked. At this stage we need to be concerned with our bone health, metabolism and strength. This class gets you started on the right path.

Level 1: Mondays & Wednesdays
8:30 – 9:30am or 1:30 – 2:30pm

Level 2: Tuesdays & Thursdays
10:30 – 11:30am or 1:30 – 2:30pm
