All levels are welcome! This class blends the benefits of both Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. It encompasses many different styles of yoga all of which emphasize proper alignment, core strength, flexibility, balance and breath awareness. May includes some Sun Salutations, Vinyasa (flow) and use of props. Please inform the instructor if you are new to class, healing from an injury or pregnant.
